Arduino GPS Speedometer With a Ks0108 - 128x64 GLCD (display): I wanted to build a digital speedometer for my car. There was nothing wrong with the one already installed in my car, I just wanted to have a big LCD display that will be positioned in a more convenient position - right in front of me.

May 13, 2016 · If you are powering your Arduino with a battery and don’t want to send out a high output every single time it senses something, then you can change the voltage output. By default, when the Arduino outputs a HIGH it outputs 5V. But to change it to something lower, like 0.65 V or 1 Volt, then you have to change the AnalogWrite function arguments.

- Oct 20, 2019 · Hookup the Vcc and Gnd pin of the hall sensor to Arduino’s 5V and Gnd respectively using jumpers. We will use the Timer0 of Arduino Uno for this project, so, after connecting Vcc and Gnd pin of the Sensor connect its output pin to the pin 2 of Uno for readings. The setup to measure shaft RPM is shown in figure below:

Normally this is not a big issue since if you know how to drive a car, you are not, I hope, always looking to the speedometer. You now more or less the speed that you are driving.
